Baking bread in a new way. Simply soak the dough in water for 30 seconds before baking for amazing results. Crispy crust!

Let's make soft homemade bread!
No eggs, no milk!
Subscribe, like and cook!
Recipe and ingredients:
300 ml of warm milk.
Sugar 1 tablespoon (20 gr).
Dry yeast 8 gr.
Mix well.
Add 40 g of melted butter.
1 teaspoon of salt.
Mix thoroughly.
Sift 500 g of wheat flour through a sieve.
Write in the comments from which city you are watching the video.
This is very interesting to me.
Mix the ingredients.
Knead a soft dough.
Lubricate the table with vegetable oil.
Knead the dough until it becomes smooth.
Subscribe, like and comment! Your opinion is very important to me!
Place the dough in a food bag. We put it in the fridge for 40 minutes.
The dough has doubled in size.
Divide it into 2 equal parts.
Divide each part into 6 equal parts.
Make balls from each piece.
The dough is cold and very easy to work with.
Cover and leave for 10 minutes.
Roll out an oval with a rolling pin.
Roll up into a tube.
Fasten the edges.
Do the same with the rest of the test.
Cover and leave for 15 minutes.
Add 1 tablespoon of baking soda to boiling water.
Hold in water for 30 seconds.
Place on a tray lined with baking paper.
1 egg yolk + 1 tablespoon of milk.
Brush well with yolk.
Make cuts with a knife.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 20-25 minutes.
Look what bread!
Crispy crust!
