Say goodbye to store-bought bread! If you’ve ever dreamed of filling your home with the aroma of freshly baked bread, this video is for you. I'm sharing my secret recipe for quick bread that’s so tasty and easy to make, you’ll never want to buy bread again.
Ingredients:
• Bread flour: 2 ½ cups (320 g)
• Water: 1 cup (220 ml)
• Brewer’s yeast: 1 tsp. (3 g) or Dry yeast: ½ tsp. (2 g)
• Sugar: 1 tsp. (4 g)
• Salt: 1 tsp. (6 g)
Seed mix:
• Black sesame seeds: 1 tsp.
• Sesame seeds: 1 tsp.
• Flaxseed: 2 tsp.
• Pumpkin seeds: 2 tsp.
This recipe doesn’t require any kneading, just some quick and easy steps that are easy to follow and give an amazing bread! The dough is left to rise multiple times, creating a beautiful texture full of bubbles. Each loaf is scored, coated with seeds, splashed with water, and sprinkled with flour before being baked to perfection.
I would love to hear from you. Please say Hi in the comments below and let me know what country you’re watching from. If you enjoyed this video and found it helpful, please give it a thumbs up and subscribe to the channel for more delicious recipes. Happy baking!

Hello, can I make this dough ferment overnight in the fridge or room temp? Then bake the following day?
@Food-Language
@Food-Language 4 ай бұрын
@@Kayemarie77 Sorry I must have missed your comment. Yes, you definitely can. At 2:19, where I tuck the dough and let it rise for 2 hours, instead of this move it to the fridge. The day after take it out of the fridge and let it come to room temperature. It usually takes 1-2 hours to warm up. Then just shape the breads and continue as I do in the video. Let me know how it goes ♥

Hello from Vietnam! I tried your recipe today and it turned out great. Thank you so much for sharing! I dont have pumpkin seeds so i used 3 tsp of flax seeds instead. My 30L oven couldnt accommodate 2 baking trays (this is great tip btw, for those who dont have a dutch oven) so i had to used foil. The dividing part was also a bit tricky - make sure to use a kitchen scale if you are not good at weight estimating with eyes like me 😂

Can we substitute the flour with whole wheat flour?
@Food-Language
@Food-Language Ай бұрын
I wouldn't substitute more than half the flour. The reason is that whole wheat flour contains bran, which is heavy, and the bread has a hard time rising. I usually go with 1/3, but half and half should work too.

Hey there, I followed the recipe to the core, but I found my dough a bit hard? Why do you think?
@Food-Language
@Food-Language 3 ай бұрын
Hi! If the dough is hard, I recommend adding just a little extra water. Just 1 tablespoon at a time and see how it goes. Some flours absorb more water than others, so you may need a little extra. You can compare your dough to the one I show in the video, if yours feels drier, just help it out with a little water.
