I imagine with all of the farming they're doing, extras will probably be donated to the needy in their area! I think it's great that as a couple they like to plant flowers and veg! That's how I grew up, though we didn't live in the country and just did backyard gardening! But we still grew corn, etc. and had a freezer load of harvested veg and canned tomatoes , etc. to last the winter! It was something my grandfather and I especially enjoyed doing together, even the summer before he turned 100 ! A great way for her boys to grow up , learning to fish, etc. and learning those manly skills from Blake!

I grew up on a farm in Oklahoma. Not too many trees there. But we had a 1 acre garden to feed 6 of us. Lots of work planting, weeding, picking and canning. Good luck Blake hope she grows a large bounty.

We had that rule here in NC but of course I always had to try that out so NO I don't plant before April 15th.. last year we had hard freezes through May 20th!! All I did was cover & uncover my plants!!! I was so 😡.. this year I haven't even got a seed planted yet ...but since my health took a nose dive not sure what I can do here by myself...good luck!!!!
