Hi all! Today I want to share with you a recipe for a delicious pita bread snack with meat filling. This dish is very satisfying and flavorful, and is very easy to prepare.
Ingredients:
• Thin lavash - 5 sheets
• Minced meat - 500 g
• Onions - 1 pc.
• Greens to taste
• Salt - 1 tsp.
• Spices for meat - 1 tsp.
• Water - 100 ml
• Vegetable oil
• Sesame
Cooking method:
1. For the filling, mix the minced meat with finely chopped onion, salt, spices and water.
2. Spread the pita bread on the table and evenly distribute the filling over it.
3. Brush the edges of the pita bread with water.
4. Fold the pita bread in half, like a cheburek.
5. Grease with vegetable oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
6. Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
Sauce:
• Bell pepper - 2 pcs.
• Tomatoes - 2 pcs.
• Garlic - 2 cloves
• Greens to taste
• Salt
1. Cut the peppers and tomatoes into cubes.
2. Chop the garlic.
3. Mix all ingredients and grind in a blender.
4. Add salt to taste.

In the video I will cook the rolls in the oven, but they can also be cooked in a frying pan. Simply fry the rolls on both sides in vegetable oil until golden brown.
Advice:
To make the rolls more juicy, you can add a little sour cream or mayonnaise to the filling.
