I don't fry anymore! The best and easiest fish recipe my grandmother taught me
Hello, friends! Welcome to my channel.
In today's video, I'm sharing a unique fish recipe that's not only delicious but also easy on the nose. This method cooks the fish perfectly, resulting in tender, juicy meat with a wonderful flavor.
Ingredients:
Fish
Onions
Sour lemon juice
Dried garlic
Bay leaves
Dried thyme
Salt
Black cumin powder
Oil
Instructions:
Prepare the fish:
Place fish pieces in glass containers with lids.
Season with salt, garlic, bay leaves, and cumin powder.
Add black pepper and dried thyme, and mix well.
Layer onions on top of the fish.
Pour sour lemon juice over the mixture.
Cook the fish:
Close the containers tightly.
Place them in a pot that is half filled with water.
Turn on the gas and let the fish cook for 3 hours.
Cook the rice:
In a separate pot, rinse the rice.
Add oil and salt.
Cook until the water evaporates completely.
Stir in dried shivid (if desired).
Continue cooking until the rice is tender.
After 3 hours, the fish will be fully cooked and ready to serve. In this video, I prepared one jar of fish with shivid and one jar without.
