So many different and delicious chicken wing recipes, and not a one can replace a perfectly seasoned fried version. Also, you missed a great opportunity to make a sauce out of your lime chicken marinade. Reduce the marinade down while the wings in the oven and add butter at the end, would have been amazing.

Lovely! A little tips though; When you fry the chicken thighs, you should also put the bones in the pan! It will give extra taste to the chicken thighs, and when you are done you can use the bones to make your own chicken stock!
