Great Information and way to go by being Honest and Transparent it goes a long way in building Relationships and Trust! I'm a Driver that's had a few associates that own a few trucks and would like to build a good network but they aren't really as Honest and Transparent sad to say they're Black people Damn I hated to say it but it is what it is but again I commend you for having a Respectful,Transparent Relationship with your Driver's it'll pay off for you in the long run!!

I have 2 trucks. Is it best to pay by the mile, a percentage of the load, or a set fee for the week?

I believe he does percentage of the load. Keeps driver motivated and moral high in theory. I plan on paying by percentage as well.
