So when the forms leave, you're feeling pain first. How does one fill the space/void?
@lilibombin66673 жыл бұрын
@@maryrosekiomall565 you don’t fill it . The space you feel is the eternal consciousness where you are unattached and at peace

Now I realise I don’t have to attach the story and I feel I have the secret to happiness. I was so silly for always needing to identify the pain. That’s what modern therapy is all about “talk about what happened” I now know I don’t have to do that. Feelings are going to be there regardless of what has happened in life, better to feel that energy out and forget the stories. The stories are time consuming. Thank you Kim.

Thank you, today people are crying out in social media all wanting to talk about their problems and wanting people to comfort them, but I don’t feel better when I talk to others. Though I can’t get through it right now, I don’t want to live without my ex.
@Julesyoutoo2 жыл бұрын
@@Olivia-bs5wj I hope you're feeling ok Olivia and that you've been 'feeling' the loss of your ex instead of talking about him (or her!). I'm going through the same at present. The feelings are so very unpleasant at times yet I trust they will ease off at some point and then I feel a little better again. Just ride the waves as they come and go. As Kim says, it's just as ok to feel sad as it is to feel happy, even though our current social media society tends to shy away from so-called negative feelings and prefers to talk instead!

Isn’t it interesting how all the little habits we develop to cover up the unresolved pain body are actually socially awkward and turn others off? Then it’s not just us experiencing the pain body but we are signaling to others and reflecting it back in others. And I am always polite and nice, and it gets me hurt. People think I’m stupid. In some ways, I’m emotionally stupid. But the times when I’m really feeling what I’m thinking, I feel more in control, more empowered. And then I am not exerting the energy for being liked.

Such a beautiful, honest and courageous woman to stand there sharing her suffering. I wish I knew her name. I may know little about life, yet I believe that one recognizes truly wise people by the way they treat others. And yes, wise teachers may give us tough lessons to swallow but never in front of the audience. And was it that deep after all? What’s under the smile? Sadness. What’s under the sadness? A smile (send directly to that beautiful vulnerable lady).

Not according to spiritual people, we will live here forever in 5D and having a perfect world where everyone work, no one complains, no one will be sad etc. sounds terrible but I guess I won’t be participating in that world, cause I’m sad and I’m not perfect:)
