You know anytime Sheletta starts a sentence with "I don't normally say this in front of white folks," it's bound to be fun and frightening. At the Twin Cities Business Magazine's Community Impact awards ceremony where she was honored for working with big corporations to help people in need, Sheletta makes the audience laugh while letting them know everyone has a role to play to break down some of the systemic barriers preventing Black business owners from being successful.
