The government got the lands from the native owners, so, if they don’t want to use it for the purpose for which they acquired it, why not give it back to the native owners and if they want to sell it, they’ll sell at commercial rate. After all the government takes these lands without any compensations bcos they’ll say it’s for common good. But the government sells it to its cronies at give away prices and that’s unfair to the land owners and the Greater Accra Region has suffered most from these decisions as most its lands were taken by the colonial masters when they brought the capital from Cape Coast to Accra.

This issue of cameras is neither here nor there, please, Professor. In Singapore 🇸🇬 there are more cameras per capita than any other country. They have less corruption than most countries. I will recommend that there is CCTV in public spaces. Every citizen has a camera on their phone anyway. ORAL can be sent to the parliament of Ghana, just like the OSP and Fast track courts, Akufo Addo and Kufuor, respectively. I advised the president not to be involved directly but to use other means and become more reset and devlopment focused. I support ORAL fully.

When Okudzeto who did not bring land from North tong has a land in Accra, it is ok....but what Akuffo Addo has land or any of of his appointees has land it is problem?
