Is the last bit of recovery the hardest or feels hard to get 100 recovered, i find pocd is one of the last themes to go i still struggle with it after 5 years but i am seeing sunshine at times

Yes but i never do anything related it

Yes it has me I tried to end it, and suicidal thoughts and plans pop in my head at times of struggle, but you will get through it it's took me 5 years mind you but I'm getting some where now, there is hope
