One of the things i hated most about 343/halo studios was the lying and the fake listening they said they were listening to fans, and they didny have forge and split-screen on launch.

If they could figure out how to balance teams in matchmaking and actually do skill based matchmaking instead of 1 person carrying 3 brand new players or complete casuals, people would naturally have more fun. The game could be catered the way it should be if people of the same feather were put together. Halo is supposed to be for everyone. Not just casuals and for fun kids. It shouldnt punish people for trying to enjoy a game to the fullest either.

It’s weird that visual fidelity was a talking point for using UE5, I dont think anyone ever disliked the art style or graphics for infinite, just the shitty micro transactions, armour clipping, weird default grey attachments. With all the false promises of infinite and false advertising. I’m not trusting them at all. No campaign coop, no campaign DLC and complete lack of personalisation or progression in multiplayer. The game was fundamentally unfinished/unpolished and they have the audacity to still try and sell me cosmetics.

343 never admitted turning master chief into indianna jones or spiderman. They never admitted that the game doesnt feel like halo or that it its call of duty in a halo engine. They never admitted they they dont realise what makes halo fun. They didnt apologize for not having grenade jumping and finally adding it into the game years after the game is already out and people bought and paid for their product.

Hacking on mcc is kind crazy because the one guy i see the most that joins CGB lobbies is "C Isnt Sharp" and im sure hes been reported hundreds of times over the past year and hes still around making people drop their guns or instakill everyone on their screen. Reporting does nothing and there are slowly more and more hackers coming in because there is obviously no punishment. Its sad.

IMO a new engine is a good move but it doesn’t fix the writing or level design. If they announce a Combat Evolved remake, I would be excited. The writing is already done. The only thing they could do to mess it up would be making it a bland open world like Infinite.

It's gonna be rated T, there won't be any cool military jargon, it will be full of the shit we've come to expect. Power ranger-esque spartans. You know in the orignal Halo game the back of the game read "you are humanities last hope." In 343 Halo they treat Chief as if he is humanities saviour. Like hes a super hero. Like its a marvel movie. Halo has become a joke. They charged money for fkn colors man.
