If I like a piece, I would not really be worried whether it was boutique or outlet, except that the outlet might be cheaper which is a plus! I am not keen on the cherries, though I did like the look of a few of these. I will look at them if they come here but Australia tends to be low on the Coach hierarchy, so that may not reach us! And if they do, the prices will most likely be higher, even factoring in the currency difference! Thank you for the video!

The outlet drop bags offered more in functional sizes with crossbodies in the cherry design. I looked at several from the boutique and they weren't practical for me. I ended up getting the Teri Hobo and it's perfect.

I absolutely love your channel, Autumn.....you're so far the only person putting in the work to bring us photos in one place of a more complete (but not complete) look at the denim release......my cherry pieces just were delivered yesterday and I purchased them thr day they released on the outlet site.....and I do have a cassie 19 in denim from that release 2024 and a carly from 2007 for me, it's only because I missed the previous releases that look similar to this one in the past, AND the little cherry charm on the hangtag is a nice touch.

For me this started with a purchase of the Empire bag. I love that bag to pieces and do not regret it BUT in making my first large purchase like that (about $800) I learned my most comfortable budget for leather bags is $100-200. However, I would spend over that for a special bag again. Their outlet prices match my current ‘comfort budget range’ for bags right now.

For me, I am interested because the designs from the outlet are different from the boutique. The boutique denim was solid, and this year it’s the C’s. I love the collections from both. I’m not a big denim person, so I’m not willing to pay a lot for a denim bag. These are nice looking. I think Coach was smart because the styles of bags aren’t repeated from the boutique to the outlet.

I think cherries are having a moment in general. I'm not super into handbags, but I love fragrances and there are so many new launches with a cherry note out right now. Glossier has a whole black cherry line.

It could be because of the LV launch of the murakami cherries and the coach cherries is accessible, more affordable and just as beautiful. I bought the mini Rowan and I love it! 😊

There are simply some outlet styles that I like far more than similar ones at retail and I can get them for hundreds less- my favorites being the Rowan and the Terri Hobo.

Thank you for the video! I love both collections. Ive bought the denim collection reboot and you're right, things haven't changed much. The 40 tote I got from the boutique has the small cc signature and I thought that was cuter than the large cc. I love that Coach guarantees their products and has a budget friendly selling point.

I think the popularity of the Cherry collection is related to the LV Murakami re-release, and the denim is popular by association given people’s association with Murakami LV with Y2K and the LV denim bags of that time.

It's definitely the price point and availability. The denim collection sold out quickly, so I had to wait for the restock to get my soft tabby. I couldn't get a matching wallet, so I will get an outlet version. I may also pick up a wallet from the cherry collection. I don't have much interest in the bags from either collection. They are cute, and I understand the appeal. But one bag is enough.

I think part of it is that Coach has upped the design and quality of the outlet items. I pulled out a retail bag from the retail NY line (not 1941) from 2016 the other day, and it is very similar in branding and quality to my most recent outlet purchase.

I really like the denim collection however I won't be purchasing anything. I have a denim signature Bleeker tote from roughly 2007 with that cherry charm dupe from Amazon hanging on it so I can't really justify another denim bag purchase. But that mini Rowan is so cute!

I’m not a fan of bags that have things painted on them. The thing I like about the outlet cherries collection is the shade of red on the trim and leather straps. I do love the Maggie because I have always loved the LV reverse monogram OTG. I wish I had purchased that bag when it first came out because >$3K is a bit much. My problem is that I don’t like the feel of the Coach canvas and I have to see the bag in person to decide. I do love the shades of blue on the denim.

I have never understood the cherry attraction. How’s it it related to coach? I’ve been with coach for so many years and the cherry thing just never made sense. I do have the mini Rowan and I attach it to my large Rowan and put my beats earbuds inside. It’s perfect!

I have always been a sucker for cherries, but because it's a "fun" and more seasonal pattern, I've never wanted to spend Retail money on it. I prefer to spend Retail money on more classic pieces from Coach. I am also a sucker for silver hardware, which I will choose over brass or gold 100% of the time, so the white with cherries and silver hardware at the Outlet made me VERY excited! I ended up getting the Teri Hobo plus two SLGs from the collection and I love them all. I'm also excited about the Denim collection - I can't pinpoint it but just something about the shades of blue plus the "vachetta" colored trim looks really good to me (plus the tiny cherry charms!!!). However, the bag options I'm kinda bummed about. The large Rowan is just too big for me, and most of the other bags are too small for my everyday carry stuff. I would have really loved to see the regular sized Rowan in this collection, that would have been my ideal choice. I do like the regular sized Laurel, but I also already have one and I'm not sure if I want another. But I also really want something from this drop so I'm torn! 😅 (Life With Kookie had to remove her video, BTW - I think she posted it too early and Coach didn't like it.)

I saw the coachtopia denim patchwork bag for sale yesterday. I considered it however it is the same price as the leather patchwork ones! I thought that was a bit ridiculous considering its recycled denim. It's still a labor intensive bag but the material to me is not worth the same cost as leather so I passed. I am hoping the multicolored patchwork one makes a reappearance. Overall coach is a very creative brand and I enjoy almost everything they release!

I'm enjoying your content! I love how you offer alternatives for popular styles so everyone can get the look they're loving. Coach is definitely having a comeback. They made some very smart changes and quality has really improved. I will likely start to purchase Coach again, but probably not the outlet. I think this will heavily depend on who you ask and what their personal circumstances are, though. The cost of one Coach bag is typically what I spend just going out for one night. I'm in the position to purchase core pieces from top luxury brands several times per year. I treat it somewhat as an investment that will be of value for my family once I'm gone (or when ish hits the fan), without letting that totally dictate it (I still use all my bags!). So for someone like me, we probably just go for the LV or Hermès or even Coach itself that the Outlet designs are inspired by. Unless it's something truly unique to the Coach Outlet, then I likely would buy from Outlet. I'm a sucker for bags that are shaped like things! I think the Coach cherries and denim are currently all the rage because Louis Vuitton is re-releasing their extremely popular cherry collection (along with the rest of the TM collections) and everything from that era is just hot at the moment. Including denim. I'm a LV cherry blossom freak so I'm waiting anxiously for March. Curious if anyone is releasing designs inspired by that. Sorry for the novel 😅

I think part of the interest in the cherries comes from the upcoming release of the cherries part of the new LV x Murakami collabs. People see the Coach cherries as more accessible.

The price of the outlet bags in the US is really outlet price range but over here in Asia, it’s not the case. On their price tag, the bags in the here outlets are comparable to the boutique pieces except that they’re constantly on 50% off or 40+10% or 50+5% etc. So $950 original price take 50% off…why not just be $475? There is no special day sale like in the US…it’s a daily sale! Hmm

I never buy Coach bags made for the outlets. The quality of the materials is not good and the quality of assembly is terrible. Anyone who knows anything about production process can see that these bags where produced very quickly and the design details and finishing are lacking.
