Truth wrapped in love and delivered gingerly is better received and digested! “Truth” wrapped in anything else is ABUSE! Also “Constructive criticism” is a type of feedback that offers specific and actionable advice to help employees (in particular) to improve. Your critique of the restaurants or Tyler’s work is criticism and at times destructive for the simple reason that you’re not in a space or position with them to provide actionable steps to make it better. It’s certainly your right to “speak on it” but labeling it something other than criticism is disingenuous.
