You don’t know what her dad is like towards her mom though. He could’ve been verbally or physically abusive to her, a habitual cheater etc. Yes, men who “step up” are capable of being bad husbands. Only those who lived in that household and her mother know for sure. Does that mean she should judge every other man based on her parents’ relationship though? No. I think this is another woman who could benefit from therapy. Seems like she has daddy issues.

Yes. And think about it like this, it's seems daunting to start to loose weight but remember a little bit every day counts. The eating and exercise can't be overdone because you will loose faith or strength over time and give up. It's important to change your mind before the actual lifestyle. Giving healthy eating a try and slowly introducing it into your life vs completely changing what you're used too. Then when you make enough strides you will find a balance of eating good all the time and treating yourself to your favourite desserts once a while, baby steps is more important looking far down the road

When I asked her (after we watched this), “Do you feel like my slave?” She looked me dead in the eye (at that moment, I remember thinking she doesn’t do that enough), and said, “HELL NAH! Whats the issue w having children from other relationships, men do too?
@macmoney883 жыл бұрын
@@Mari-ye7dt it’s not the same. When a woman chooses to have a child it’s her choosing to reproduce with another man. I have never saw my mother as a slave. My mother past away some years now. My parents were married about, almost 50 years. My father worked fulltime, my mother was a house wife, with 7 children, yes, we all have the same parents. My mom was the cook, the maid, the seamstress, the doctor, ect... My mom cooked everyday, from scratch, sunday dinner was the best. My dad was a truck driver he worked nights. As girls growing up, 4 girls, we help cook and my mom made sure my dad had his dinner warm when he woke up for work. She would iron his shirts, jeans, slacks for the week. Growing up my mom made dresses for us girls. My grandmother sewed quilts for us as kids and teens. I come from a family where you cook and serve your dad first and sometimes fixed my brothers plate and take it to them. Ok, so my point is some of these skills most modern women don't have, some were never taught, don't care to learn, or as she stated view it as slavery. As a housewife you wear many hats. My mother told me its all done because she loves her family. My mother knew her role as wife and mother. My dad was a provider, he provided the house we lived in, he worked, paid the house bills, food, clothes ect... This is not to say my parents never had marital problems. You see my point. I could go on and on. I agree with what he's saying.

A traditional housewife takes care of the home, the kids, the hubby. She manages the home and finances. She cooks daily, she cleans, organizes, does laundry; she plans and creates experiences and memories for her family. . She works 24/7. I don’t agree with the majority of what that young lady was saying, but is the man that became your father is still alive. Do you honestly believe as a human being you, and your mother wasn’t worthy enough to be loved, and provided for. You did say you was blessed, so obviously you believe in something. What has the world come to for people to think that women, and children aren’t worthy enough to be provided for. This man really have people drinking purple kool-aid.
@carlkpsplucky55543 жыл бұрын
@@shirl9138 it’s not a matter of being “worthy” to be provided for. It’s a matter of is it worth it for a man to provide for them. Let’s be honest here, there are plenty of ungrateful women and children walking around here. Cant tell you how many times I’ve heard someone down their step-father( example: women in video) while their mother barley had a pot to piss in before he came in the picture. Obviously the original commenter is appreciative of what his step father did, his mother most likely is as well. So he deemed them worthy. What does a man have to gain providing for an ungrateful women and child? Besides animosity, disrespect, and frustration.
