My dear Tiffany, you are such a warrior in this terrible battle. I am a two time cancer survivor and I know from experience what this disease does to you. You are not only fighting the cancer, you are fighting the side effects from the cure itself. Your positive attitude is going to help you more than you know. Saying that , YOU ARE ALLOWED to have days where you will get overwhelmed both mentally and physically. Just think back to this time of the year in the past, the holidays are one after another and that can be a bit much sometimes. Let your family help you in any way they can. It's their way of fighting this with you. Even if it's dropping off an iced coffee or a small treat while doing their daily errands. You both will appreciate it. On your down days you will look back on that small blessing and won't feel so defeated. You are going to find out that you are stronger than you thought you were. You are the hero of your life story. Many blessings to you.

Pain is something you learn from. And it is humbling. I’ve learned to pace myself but also feel grateful for my life and family and friends. The juices are great. Celery is wonderful for liver health and cleansing. Blends may be a way to help with getting more calories in, add a scoop of a great protein powder, any greens, whatever flavours you love. There are great blend recipes out there for inspiration and you get the fibre you need as well. I was down to 38 kilos and blended fruits and veggies helped me get back to a healthier weight. You have a beautiful family. Lots of love.

veggies, especially raw ones, are very filling but relatively low in calories which is what makes a large salad or juice ideal for those on a diet. I am wondering whether eating a large glass of veggie juice is actually satiating the hunger, filling up the stomach and not leaving enough appetite for actual calorie dense foods like meats, avocados oils etc

hi from australia. you should not be in pain . it should be controlled . no pain your happy healthier and you can do more . trust me i know . in your previous video the loss of weight i was sick very sick 10 years ago . im all better now i just go for check ups . i was 110 kilos six foot two i went down to 65 kilos . i was skeletal . never give up hope is everything and mind over matter . all the best .

Keep strong I have been on your journey and at times I couldn’t even shower without lying down. I had three months of chemo the last being the worst for tiredness. I had three months to regain my strength before a major operation. It took me a year to recover so I could go back to work. I’m now three years cancer free. Have you heard of an Oscar juicer? I'm in NZ and I've had mine for 15 years and it's still going strong. I'm sure you can get them anywhere in the world. It doesn't use heat when it's extracting the juice which keeps all the enzymes alive and it's way more nutricious that way.

What a wonderful video. You have such a lovely family who obviously love and care for you and each other. My dad has stage 4 bladder cancer which has metastasized to his lungs and pelvis and has just started palliative care, so I wasn't quite feeling like decorating this year. After watching your video I've then changed my mind. Oh, I absolutely love your wall of lights, I'm stealing that from. I'm going to decorate the wall around my fireplace. I love the Christmas holidays so I'm decorating my home so I can get my happy Christmas spirits back. I have to keep my mind in good spirits for myself and for my family.
