I Don't Want You To Go [Cover] - Jinky Vidal

I have to admit I can’t simply forget certain songs that I grew up with. I was barely 5 years old when I started singing in front of a huge crowd. I started collecting all those tunes in my head and would find a way to play them if I just want to turn back time and just have a nostalgic experience. So I thought of doing this classic 1980 ballad from Lani Hall. I guess it's true what they say.. PAIN is to be felt. When it comes to heartaches, sometimes you don't get closure, but you can just accept it and move on.

I remember noong 2011 we were in Bagaberde and Freestyle Band is there performing, and dala dala ko lahat ng Freestyle CDs and DVDs ko complete sets and all of you especially you "JinkyBabe" had an autograph in all of it! That was one of the most memorable nights in my life, seeing and hearing you sing your heart out.. 70s, 80s, 90s and any of the ERAs - Jinky Vidal walang kupas!!!

Sobrang favorite ko to si Jinky since highschool. I have one memory whereas they sing in ASAP i took a photo of their band while singing on tv 😆😆hindi pa uso ang digicam i think and CP. Another was during our yearly townhall with my company, she was one of the singer, halos teary eye pakong pinapanood sya. Hopefully she get invited again on our next townhall (kung wala ng pandemic).
