My co worker said he was having a hard time walking for weeks. Another co worker brought regular green cabbage leaves to work and wrapped it on his knee with Saran Wrap. He said people teased him all day about it and about the smell but it was hurting so bad he was willing to try about anything. He said when the day was almost over all the pain was gone and he hasn’t had that pain since.

A very informative video. I’m 63 and vegan for 8 years. It’s so wonderful to learn about the benefits of the many different vegetables. When I was growing up back in the 1960s and 1970s, almost all the vegetables I ate were canned and served as a small side dish. I’m so happy to have changed my diet to a vegan one. About a year ago, I went primarily fruitarian/raw vegan. I love any videos that help me to learn about the benefits of raw foods. Thank you so much. ❤🙏

I make a really good refrigerator pickle in a glass jar. Pack a large jar with finely shredded red cabbage, cover with raw unfiltered apple cider vinegar. Add a few cloves of peeled garlic if you like the taste, a pinch or two of pink Himalayan rock salt. Leave in the fridge overnight. Then eat a small amount each day until the cabbage is all eaten. The vinegar can be used to make vinaigrette dressing. Consume within a week. If you find it a little too sharp in taste add a bit of raw honey. It is very good as a side to cheese or cold meat, can be used in burgers.

My purple cabbage turned blue when i soaked it in baking soda water to clean it. I still have half a head so imma clean it again next time And then let it rest in clean cool water to see if it still turned blue because i thought about drinking the water too

Thanks for sharing your experiences. You didn't tell us how many times a day, and also would like to know if the 5 days should be solely on the juice and slaw, or with other foods.

I just picked 2 fresh cabbages from my garden. I am going to bbq one and juice the other. I hope my cheap juicer can handle a cabbage. Thank you for this. I have been feeling so sluggish, and I hope this helps!
