To be fair, Kazuma is 16 and thus underage, so he might want another underage girl so the "age restriction" part doesn´t automatically mean he wants a really young girl, he could also mean it as another 16 year old girl. But its super understandable to think that he is referring to it in that way. Edit: The whole sucubbi dream thing is actually really cheap since what they actually want is the vitality (hp not actually how long you will live, which means you will simply be a bit sluggish when you wake up).
