Good job Roger! I lost 25kg (55lbs) during last winter. Mostly due to changing my food habbits but also starting going ti rhe gym. Hot sauce really made the food part easy, chicken and rice is a big staple now days and with diffrent hot sauces it never gets boring 😁 greets from a long time wiever in Sweden
