I don't go by the expire date on food. If it is sealed, it should be fine for a while. I just opened a bottle of dressing that had a use by date of October 2021. I didn't die...LOL ...

I hate headaches. I get terrible sinus headaches because of my severe asthma. You need to invest in a good pair of sunglasses. The bright sunlight can give you a migraine or a tense headache. You can take magnesium & CoQ10. They help eliminate headaches. My friend also swears by drinking ginger tea. Also remember to stay hydrated. Dehydration can cause major headaches.

Jeffrey.... come on... you need sunglasses, you know that. If it's light outside (or even inside if there are bright fluorescent lights) I have my shades on. I have been fighting migraines since age 17. And that was not yesterday, believe me 😁 Even just a median priced pair of polarized lens sunglasses will do, if you don't need prescription. I can't even open my eyes outside without sunglasses. The sun actually makes me nauseous. Hope you feel better! 😎🐆💖🐩

I worked 7PM to 7AM for 40 years. I do like the sun but it makes me sleepy. No sunglasses when leaving work would mean I couldn't sleep when I needed to. Ibdo notice the sun, no sunglasses, and low blood sugar gives me a banging headache.

I was diagnosed with migraines when I was 2 years old. Excedrin Migraine and Alka Seltzer Plus really help a lot. I have a reusable ice pack that is my bestie when I just can't shake it. If I'm traveling, I take it with me and will put it between my neck and the seat. I also will massage the pressure points in between my thumbs and forefingesr in the fleshy part of my hands. I hope you are feeling better by now though.

I went 6 months taking Excedrin extra strength with caffeine until stomach pain and overall uneasy feeling. experimented a little and then realized it was just the caffeine that was helping because aspirin alone did nothing. so then I went on to drinking black coffee every morning which helped a lot and then I added on an allergy pill every morning and now they're pretty rare.

sun glasses , have your eyes checked you may need prescription glasses . you can get prescription sunglasses as well . Do not get contacts when I worked as an optometrist assistant every single medical case that came in were patients who wore contacts . Hint to help narrow down which glasses will look best on you round face look at square , rectangle shaped frames, Square face rectangle face try on round frames

Do you shop everyday? the glass slippers were all made in a factory,in mass production in different colors. Is it because of Covid,but seems every store is extremely high!! You may have needed to drink some water and eat something.When you are traveling take some dried fruit and almonds and water. Hope you felt better. So you were on this trip alone. . For me, pain above the eye can mean a blocked sinus and then I use a decongestant. If nothing else helps you, you might try that. Feel better.

yes, it's sort of above and slightly behind the eye. I noticed that behind my eyebrow will be something that feels blocked when I push pressure on it and so I massage that outwardly from the center of my face to break up whatever is behind my eyebrow.

Could be a sinus headache triggered by the sun. I get them frequently. But you have to take sinus medicine, not Tylenol or aspirin. Hope you feel better soon. The milk glass was my favorite.

Yup, glare from sunlight has given me migraines since I was a kid. Reflecting off snow, water, cars, even strong sunlight by itself- so of course I live in Florida, lol. About the sunglasses though, while you absolutely should look into them for the health of your eyes I can't say wearing them ever really helped prevent a headache; they made things clearer, made me squint less, but there was still enough glare to set me off.

I have found some great things at our St. Vincent Depal store. Ours puts older more collectible items in a case but still great prices. I go when I'm in the area. Sometimes nothing and sometimes great. Good pick ups today. Sorry your head hurts. I hate that.

Jeffrey, there is a difference between "expires" and "best by" dates on food. "Best by", you can still eat it months after that date in most cases. And don't settle for that crappy Whittman's "chocolate". Go to an Aldi and get yourself some REAL chocolate from Germany ;) Great video as always.

Good Afternoon Nifty Jeffrey....Please please please get to a Opthalmologist. I understand eye pain. Don't punish your eyes for the sake of shopping. I must admit I enjoy your shopping escapades with Barbara and Aaron. Please get to a real Dr....I am being emphatic only because I had eye pain and eventually went blind. Through the Mercy of God and Great "Keck" doctors I regained my sight after 4 eye surgeries. You might only need some eye drops and 😎 sunglasses. You'll look Cooler for sure!
