I mean since hes from outta state the most the pull over would be for is to hand out a warning as long as its legal where he is plated they cant do to much aslong as he follows traffic laws but i do agree cops in Monroeville would pull the civic real quick although you head farther thru as if going to johnstown you should be fine after awhile ive seen worse in those areas where the cops dont care since it looks like you cant afford the ticket to begin with

Nice 'shakedown run.' I don't see any reason why you wouldn't be able to drive it even further yet. A better e-fan/ larger core/ more airflow over the rad is probably the only stuff I would address, just so it doesn't overheat while sitting there idling in traffic and shit. Another thing that might help you is running water/ Redline Water Wetter, plus a lower temp t-stat/ fan switch will help it run cooler too. I ran my track car with the water/ Redline with the lower temp t-stat/ thermoswitch and a single Spal curved blade puller fan and it never overheated ever again. You can always score a bigger e-fan that moves more air from a junkyard if you're trying to save $. People seemed to really enjoy that thing, and it got a lot of positive reactions LOL 😆
