Yeah, Chad is right. Rockstar Games didn't ban real-life car models. They just choose which real-life brands can be in GTA 5. They choose based on whether the brand fits GTA 5. For example, Rockstar chose to put Chevy, Ford, Porsche, and Ferarri in the game because it fits the game.
