I actually thought about the topic you brought up and although I agree with you I wonder what if she said she didn't want a black doctor or a doctor with natural hair? When I was in nursing school my preceptor was male and many elderly women would say they did not want him to care for them. He did anyways and the women always ended up being so grateful for his care. What if pink hair doctor could save her life? It is such a slippery slope isn't it? Just food for thought. Love the hair colour!

Hey Habiba I absolutely love it!!!! I am 66 and I am natural too right now my hair is stripped so it is bright yellow looking and I also wear red, light blue, dark blue, dark green in my hair sometimes...I had locks for 32 years down to my butt...so when I did the big chop 2 years ago I had to do something different....I love it....but I think most people think I am crazy...but who cares it's my hair....lol.

Habiba, I went back on forth as to whether I like it or not. One moment I think I like it. then seconds later I think "Naah!" I would say that I don't like it more than I like it. Maybe it's because I lean towards a classic look and am not into trends. I have to say, though, that I did like the lavender-colored hair that was in style a couple years ago, but would never wear it. There was also the gray or silver hair that was also in style; I would wear that. Medium brown hair with highlights is as daring as I get. I agree with you regarding the doctor's appearance. I wouldn't care how he dresses in his personal life, but when he's in doctor mode, he has to look like the professional that he's supposed to be.
