Where would you train your clients? Like in commercial gym or a would you have to build your own private gym? Also do you charge clients monthly, or a one time fee?

I would train my clients out of the gym where I'm a contractor. I have to pay weekly rent to use the space, so I charge my clients weekly to keep things easy for me.

Yes, 4 leads per month minimum-sometimes more. This isn't my first year as a personal trainer, and consistently converting those leads quickly filled my hours. In fact, partway through the year, I was offloading extra leads to other trainers because I couldn’t take on more clients myself
