It’s extremely easy, you only need to win 2-4 games then just play out the rest of the season. Will take about 1-2 hours total

what titans said is correct. I did it twice once in dynasty and once in rtg didn’t get it either time. Later, I ended up getting like a two yard rush on Road to CFP and for some reason that triggered the trophy.
