In these uncertain times, it's more important than ever to have a solid understanding of how to manage your finances, invest wisely and navigate economic downturns. you are completely right, Advisors have information and paths that are not disclosed to the public.. I profited £560k in 2022 under the tutelage of my Fiduciary-counselor. Am I selling? Absolutely not.. I am going to sit back and observe how this all plays out.

Rich people don't live longer because they have a better diet typically is because they have better health care Access to Health Care to prevent and nip in the bud declines in their overall health . An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure

Fresh grass fed meat provide raw material saturated fat and cholesterol to body to make hormones. Sulfur amino acid found in meat is the key. Fruits and vegetable do not have full amino acid like trytophan, saturated fat, cholesterol, sulfur, vitamin B12.

We already knew this stuff. This is standard health advice with a few fancy terms thrown in. Morgans book is boring. We are nowhere close to curing aging. I may sound negative but we need to be honest about this stuff.

I am just back from Japan and I believe the main reason why they are healthier and nearly no one is obese is because they are walking a lot every day. To the subway, to the office, to the grocery store etc. Their lifestyle is less sedentary than ours besides a healthier nutrition too.

I do a bit of Caloric Restriction by fasting one day a week. It gives me a day of not thinking about food and a chance to reset my body. Im in my 60s and I have been doing this for about 15 years.

Fasting one day a week isn't CR, seeing as the body can make up for the one-day fast, it's great though, you don't look like in your 60s, nice!

I practice time restricted intermittent fasting and only consume all of the proteins and carbohydrates along with fruits and vegetables I need in an 8-hour period. You do not need to restrict your protein you need to increase your protein whether it be a plant-based like chickpeas quinoa and all of those plant-based protein to contain all of the amino acids. Protein Supplements do not take up much space in your digestive tract and give you a fuller feeling which helps reduce the sense of hunger. And there's nothing wrong with a good chicken breast or turkey along with some fish like farm-raised salmon or tilapia. When it comes to Pasta I use a chickpea or red lentil pasta for the protein and the texture

For some people extending the fasting window can cause havoc with their gallbladders as cholesterol will increase and concentrate causing bile stasis, or shall I say potentially causing it, gallstone formation etc, I did OMAD for a while and after a year found my Cholesterol levels increase as I thought they would@@steventeter3757

The problem as with vegan influencers is bias, each person will defend their position and so when Chaffee mentions that Brussels sprouts have hundreds of carcinogenic compounds and you ask him where he got his information, he is silent, to my knowledge there are fewer than 100 carcinogenic compounds derived from food sources and yet he states something like 137 and a similar figure in mushroom but then when asked for proof ... crickets. The vegans are the same of course.

@@gerofiore9695 Red Meat has very strong proof it causes colon cancer. Pretty much ANY food you can find something bad about. I remember taking chemistry - and the professor said EVERY substance is a poison, it just depends on the dose. 2-3 gals of water consumption is pretty much fatal, not different than a gram of cyan...
