There was a sixth Bennett sister, Rachel, who was so want for company she spent her days clinging to Elizabeth’s shadow, and was such a flirt it would make even Lydia blush. She often spoke out of place, and had the unpleasant habit of drawing attention to herself in the most public of places. Everyone else gazed upon her with mortified stares during her boorish outbursts, but by her family she was mostly ignored.
