This is the first time ive really taken a close note of petunias expressions; she was fine with marge being mean about james, but look at her expression when she was horrible about lily, petunia wasnt happy. Also petunia looked at harry concerned when he was angry then with a knowing look back at marge when the lights started flickering. She also didnt bother asking harry to fix marge unlike vernon because she knew he couldnt, i also believe she knew he couldnt control it and therefore it wasnt his fault. Petunia is more on harrys side than vernons or marges during this event.
