So it takes the singular verb 'has' but this isn't a normal sentence I wrote. it is a question so ofcourse we had to add 'Does' in the beginning of the question to ask something. We chose the singular form of 'Do' which is 'Does' because 'She' is singular.. If .. Ofcourse if there's 'does' or 'does not' in the sentence then the verb (has) will take its base form(have) So if 'Does' or 'Does not' is in the sentence the verb (has) will take its base form (have) The reason the verb will take its base form is because 'Has' was originally (have + does) so a sentence with 'Does' and 'Has' cannot go together because 'Has' is basically (Have + Does) So instead of 'Why does she has a mom' we say 'Why does she have a mom'
