This is a good idea, and I am pissed that I did not think of it first. Quick pro-tip on anonymity: If you are filming anything with your personal information on it, try to cover it before filming. For the e-mail, use a tripod or stand to hold the camera right on the 'send' button to avoid hand shake showing your e-mail address. For the packages, throw some opaque electrical tape over your information; dark print can show through markers.
