Just a tip try to play around with vert and horizontal aim sensitivity. I use different control setting for certain hero's also quick play online will make you hate the game if you dont understand or have a team that understands how to play together and the game is based on teamwork

It's cause to some degree it gets to you and your either your focus is thrown or you're angry / irritated enough that you're unable to perform as well as usual. The more you can control said emotions the better. IE most people when angry will get shaky and lose focus, I often times can utilize it to perform better with the increased reflexes that come from it without the negative effects. So you either control the emotion itself or try not to have any at and be a stone faced monster.

Nah, I'm toxic as fuck but I don't believe for a second I carry. Only when both teams are absolute trash and I somehow manage to become a god for 15 minutes. It's a team based shooter, most of my toxicity comes from people trying to play the game like it's cod and completely fucking the team comp. Like when I get a winston and a hamster as my tanks, reaper and bastion, and zen as my other healer. I can't do shit trying to heal that and after the first few minutes of begging for teamwork I just completely turn to extreme toxicity. True I've only ever gotten teams like that in qp but still, the point of the game s to work as a team to try and accomplish a goal, the only difference is sr isn't on the line, the game is the fucking same, just don't play like a dumbshit. Comp is a little better but still I get teams that just absolutely hate the concept of teamwork in their team based shooter.

That is true. Most of the time I am forced to play healer (which I'm not very good at) by a group of people that play worse than I do. I'm a Reaper main, so you can have an idea of how I play, and healing is not my forte. I can tank but only while it's payload or checkpoint defense. Otherwhise I don't do very good. So I play it tactical. Sneaking around and flanking the other team and unloading my Hellfire guns on them or hacking them with Sombra to keep them under constant pressure. I love being a distraction. But when I play with kids like this... It's usually me who has to give up my strategy to play the supporting role of the team. Alone. No help whatsoever, not even another tank/healer to cover for me if I can't be there.

It's not just about aiming. Yes aiming is important. But one thing important when you play as a sniper if you want to be effective, something I discovered recently during one game... Motivation. And yes, it's very important. Sure you need aim and gamesense, but motivation is also important. Let me explain, during one match, there was a Tracer main flanking at me the whole game, and as a Widow main, I hate Tracer. Especially if she's 100% focused on you. I usually have a GODLIKE aim, but during this match (and a lot of matches) my aim wasn't that great. Why ? Because I was too afraid of that Tracer and I litteraly forgot that we needed to push the payload. My team was telling me to switch which I would have done but I got mad. I didn't get toxic, but I got mad because I couldn't shoot anything and because of that Tracer who kept killing, so I said to myself "You know what... F*ck that Tracer, next time she sees me, she's dead, LET'S F*CKING WIN" and I went from the useless Widowmaker to the Godlike Widowmaker, and I could finally hit dozens of headshots on everyone. And that Tracer couldn't do shit to me this time. So in my opinion, a good Widow does have great aim, but a good Widow is also very motivated. That's why sometimes I'm good and sometimes I'm not, but when I'm not good I usually play Reinhardt, I don't play healer because everytime there's someone shouting "HEAL ME" when he's at the other side of the map, so I don't play healer very often and if I switch to a DPS it's Reaper because I destroy everything with Reaper and it helps me with my anger. Genji is my second main but I play him when I feel that Widow isn't going to work because I don't play Widow on every maps... Sorry if I have a bad english, it's not my native language.

Sylf tastytexures I was playing in 3400 and I got a team with Widow and Hanzo. It would have been OK if they had gotten good picks or did any dps enough for the tanks to kill them but they didn't. And even after pointing them out that they suck, they still wouldn't change. Another game we had 4 dps who wouldn't pick tank. After one round, all of us went dps and lost. Such is the state of comp even in high ranks.

It usually happens in comp. what I don’t get is that instead of being helpful and say “hey I don’t know if that’s going to work, can you switch to healer or tank please?” Or something like that, they go straight to calling you names or saying that you’re throwing or even worse, they start throwing 😂🤦‍♀️ usually when I encounter people like that, even if they aren’t toxic with me I’ll try and be the better person and explain to them how what they’re doing is not helpful and how they should be acting to get some sort of positive response out of people.
