A lot of the OG members of Bo's crew blame Dankus for "ruining the fun" of their games because he's such a tryhard meta player and they blame him for others following his suit, and of course, Dankus gets blatantly disrespected constantly by Bo and his group. It also doesn't help that the guy he's arguing with for most of the video is Braun who is Bo's top dog and arguably more important than Bo himself is to their group since he's threatened to take down Bo's stream a number of times to get his way whenever Bo tries to get him under control, not to mention he edits Bo's videos now. Braun can break rules that would get others banned with basically no repercussions and by Bo's own admission, many of their server rules exist because of Braun. But basically the only way to get kicked out of Bo's group is to be either A: a pedophile (pashalis), B: a Nazi (Vader, Dressel), C: support Putin (Grisha) and even then, only if you are publicly those things in a way that potentially hurts Bo's brand because Dressel said the N word multiple times in literally the FIRST HOI4 MP video they ever did and he was allowed to keep playing for almost 5 years until he started posting quotes from a Holocaust denier and using an SS slogan as his Steam id.

in a way I think letting the enemy fight a protracted attritional engagement in more useful in the long run than destroying units wholesale. Here's why; 1. Encirclements can be risky if the enemy is as good as you are at micro, they can easily counter you in ways the AI generally will not. 2. Equipment that goes into unit production is "safe" from attrition unit deployment; it will be a few months in game before you can waste that industrial output. 3. Attritional losses are messy and uneven; small battles take various kinds of equipment away in unpredictable ways which messes up production 4. Its less obvious to the enemy who is winning; losing 1 million men through attrition shows up less directly than 30 divisions encircled.

Taking from the enemy is worth double. Getting 4 mils from a focus is great but an enciclement even without any of the after effects means you gain 4 mils and 4 civs while taking 4 mils and civs away from the enemy+the million men and tons of equipment. Attritioning your enemies has merrit, but an encirclement is always better if you could simply choose between them
