Yes but Dan you do have to put your foot up and rest it for a few weeks otherwise you will just be walking on a injury and its not going to get better like that, you could do a pure health diet and vitamins to speed up the healing, so Granola and Brown bread on a morning no butter, just water coconut water no beer or caffine
