I really like this ruleset that forces people to consider normal Pokémon over a team of 6 legendries, pseudo-legendries and paradox mons. I hope that they continue with these limitations, not necessarily every single regulation, but on occasion. It's nice seeing underrated and often forgotten Pokémon shine.

Dragonflies are THE most successful hunters across the entire animal kingdom, partially because they’re known to ambush their prey by predicting their paths of escape. Kinda poetic that Yanmega shines so well in a game of strategy through that exact same method.
@garythefishable2 сағат бұрын
For success rate this is true but dragonflies generally go after low level players who haven't unlocked any viable counter play options. I just can't respect players who go round smurfing the lower ladders and then brag about their win percentages like it means something.

Was just watching the other videos on the channel like "Worst x type", "worst overall pokemon" and all those. You know what might be an interesting video idea? Ranking current competitive top tier mons like Fluttermane or Gholdengo by how well they will do when Tera-Types are removed next gen.
@lubue5795Сағат бұрын
I feel like this is type of video, while sounding cool, is bound to age terribly. After all, we don't know a. which of the mons will be back at all next gen, b. what nerfs they, their abilities or their attacks might get and c. what new game mechanic will be introduced, that might flip what's viable. So, the video would be based on a premise that's almost certainly untrue, while it's impossible to get it right.

Wolfey, you should honestly feel very proud of this performance. Pokemon is an incredibly difficult game, and I think we get so used to seeing instant results online in victory posts or montages of months of effort that people are quick to call things 'washed' when realistically nothing and no one can dominate all the time. You're no more washed than Incineroar -- your skill is timeless, and you can continue succeeding in Pokemon for as long as you want to. For the time being, I hope you have a very refreshing holiday break, and that you can come back enjoying Pokemon every bit as much as you always have! Thank you for sharing your adventures with us all this time!!

Your team has been killing it this year. I've always loved your content, but there has been a noticeable increase in quality over the last year or so. The editing, scripting, and general "cleanliness" of the videos have improved greatly. All the graphics, animations, and cutaways keep the video engaging when it's otherwise just a lot of information. Scripts feel more concise and planned out while still maintaining the voice of the more casual, goofy Wolfe that we all have grown to love. Your efforts to make better content have been paying off, and your audience appreciates you

The people from Louisville forgive you. Most of the outsiders pronounce it that way anyway (from King Louis). The most common way to pronounce as a local is just to get that Southern draw out: 'Loo-uh-vuhl'. You probably saw a shop nearby that has all the different pronunciations and became very confused. It's understandable. You are forgiven, Champ!
