34:54 he read it but still missed the fact that Rogue doll does not get returned to hand if it's send from hand.. it says "Except from hand" after all., but you probably could have just send another card instead so I think that it's fine. 1:05:20 Rogue doll is not banished here since it's unaffected because of the field spell. The fact that you did the combo right without the field spell here 2:14:16 surprised me. Great job! Gotta give credit where credit is due :)

I actually stopped playing yugioh in 2010 (yes I’m that old) and there are so many new rules that have been added. Even though I no longer play I still like to stay in the loop and watch people duel and talk about yugioh. Lots of times people post duels and it’s hard to keep up and I wish I could at least read the cards lol. I really appreciate you putting up the cards that are activated and highlighting them so that I can at least pause the video and read it. It other videos I end up google searching the cards. Thanks for making it easier!

The second guy was asking what everything does which seems like it gets annoying but also extremely respectable and how you were so responsive. Your tone with your opponent is incredible. This used to be my favorite archetype in 2 vs 2 ygopro. I used a machina gimmick puppet deck. I remember one game we were losing badly and turn came to me when we had nothing on field vs a 9 cards field. At that moment my partner and both our opponents all told me to break loose. Even our opponents were interested in the deck and how it would combo and board break. And yes I otked through the negates and bricks and it felt glorious 🎉

Same it's a great 2v2 deck I've played this deck since it first came out won a bunch of locals and you would get a lot of people that would hate that I'd beat them with gimmick puppets instead of their meta decks

Last time i played a compettive game was back in i thi k 2006 when i was 13, we olaced a spell or trap, summoned a monster qnd ended our turn😂.. this is neat to watch now bc it looks like you can literqlly win a match on one turn.. its evolved into a much more skillful card game. Our turns lasted maybe 60 seconds and we thought that was forever😂. Neat to watch now. We didnt have XYZ, Synchro or Link. Im not complaining im just thinking of some of the differences. I was getting off vibes about the guy you were dueling at the 35 minute mark.. guy i could tell was starting to feel some type of way.

Round 2 Game 2 opponent summoned lovely with big welcome and didn’t bounce it back to hand. Big welcome needs to bounce something. He then triggers the pop effect on new chain which he can’t because a monster never left the field by trap effect. He should have done big welcome chain 1 and welcome chain 2 summon lady if he wanted to do what he did

Can somebody please explain the appeal of competitive yugioh for me, when for the most part, you just watch your opponent pull off combo after combo, with you not being able to do anything or you pull off combo after combo. It's like.. not interactive at all. What's the point in a card game when it only lasts a few rounds, and people are playing more solo than against their opponent. I don't get it.
