In case anyone gets stuck: Cold Shoulder Souvenirs, shoot 6 icicles: if you have your comfort settings on, you'll have "tunnel vision" once you move the cable car and you won't be able to turn around and see the 4th icicle (like in this walkthrough). If you can't see it, turn off the comfort settings. Otherwise, you'll turn around and see a white, blank screen!

I suspect that the Phantom is that lead field agent whose portrait that you find in the planter in the debriefing room after the first mission - V Vitti is it? Has she turned? Or is she genuinely the most loyal of EOD's agents and executives after all? We will have to wait until IEY2D4 to find out, I guess!

I think that she could be Zor. Zor says that there is no one in the agency worth saving, they would know. Could this mean Zor used to be part of the agency? Vitti being the lead field agent must mean she knows all about life and death. She even asks that the agent must make a choice to either die or live. Zor says they know no one at the agency is worth saving. Is that why Vitti chose to live instead of die? Now, Zor could approach Phoenix as Vitti disguising the fact they’re Zor, to try to get Phoenix to betray the agency

And it also puts a frightening spin on things Zor placed the collectibles there on purpose if they are also the phantom ......... and knew where pheonix was the entire time, not unexpected considering the 2nd game Honestly..... mayhaps that's why zor hasn't succeeded against Phoenix yet no other agent has actually come close to actually doing anything meaningful If zor was lead agent..... means she's aware of how agents operate and all that she needs to keep measure of their clock........ except one An unpredictable goofball that improvises at every turn who assuming they share the players mindset have the actual spy capability of a clever civilian In short.... zors suffering the chess rookie conundrum She isn't failing because Phoenix is that good She's failing in that's she's playing chess while Phoenix is doing checkers round her well laid plans

I think they have the missions timed fairly well. I think in IEYTD3 they did make some of the puzzles more difficult.. it's really about using the story line moments in the mission to prep for the next thing that needs to get done and consolidating movements..

Don't over shake it. Lightly shake until it starts steaming, then drink. If you have been doing that then I don't know what's wrong.
