I used to be scared to death of rollercoasters and high rides. Then i just forced myself to get on a rollercoaster and i have enjoyed them ever since. You need to go with a friend or family member, so you can talk and laugh through the line and talk and laugh while on the ride.

When I was younger I was terrified of rollercoasters the best advice I can give is just give it a try then you realize if it does go upside down you are like that for maybe a second or two I would probably start with a family coaster instead of something extreme
