You wanna know what helped me when I felt I was in a slump in LoL, when you feel the slump, finish the match ur in an just go for a 10 min walk around outside, don't think of the game an just relax. Worrying to much about how ur playing distracts ur mind from focusing on what you need to be doing. Also, I gave myself a 4 game limit in one sitting. After 4 games mandatory 15 min break, browse the internet, go for a walk, eat, anything besides the game. This is only for competitive games.
