At least you tried. No worry's mate. The video was great, and I enjoy it. The case cracked because, when metal rusts, it expands. Thus the stator rusted and expanded. That was it's doom.

don't finish if you use epoxy or bondo for repair and restoration if you use mig welding aluminum then proceed.

it was necessary not to beat the body on the metal to knock out the stator such things hit wood because the metal is very soft the second was not to beat immediately but to lower the rust Converter for a day or two and then just start knocking it out or try to take it out

I have seen what you are capable of restoring. In my opinion this is truel an impossible restoration and should be scrapped for it copper and aluminium.
