Fun fact, this caused a glitch in the original Sid meirs civilization game, one ai leader was ghandi, he was the most peaceful only going into war if you declared it, he had a peace rating of 1/10. But because he would always choose a peaceful ideology that lowers the peace rating of an ai by two, he would go down to 0/10 and loop around to 255/10 with his peace rating. This lead to “nuclear ghandi”, and the devs not patching this glitch cause it was funny. Down the line, all future civilizations games have had a reference to this. (Civ 5, Ghandi’s nuclear weapon building rate is 10/10.)
