I'm in Nairobi, Kenya and I've applied for a job at CCI 2times now but never succeeded. I really needed that job because I'm still studying therefore I wanted to attend school and work. Since at CCI I could work at night and attend lectures daytime it could be favourable to me. The last interview I succeeded but never called for the job, I've been so frustrated ever since.😢

Back in 2018 I passed everything and went for training, I think training was 3 weeks and me and my friends failed training in the last week because training was at night and we would fall asleep during training because we used to smoke weed during the break😅😂will never forget that I vowed never ever🤞🏾

@@mokua4548I believe they do walk-in interviews at CCI Umhlanga if you are based in Durban, you don’t need any prio call center experience, they train you.
