Their staff, from the top down, are absolutely incredible!!! I have this scene in my head that upon being hired the staff get told: "Do your job, no matter what the guys are doing" As in, if they are playing around, but they need touch ups, go figure out how to do those touch ups without making them stop playing around. The guys get to be themselves and not worry about all that. I don't know how they do it (staff). And there seems to be genuine respect and even caring on the part of the guys AND staff. I've seen a clip where one of the guys thanked the staff in their ending ments at a concert, and a male staffer can be seen crying.

It's so important to surround yourself w good people without any toxicity, BTS themselves are good people and their staff as well. So it's just mutual respect, friendly environment and creativity!💜

@@ShikiBTS there was a manager in their earlier days who was shown being a bit aggressive with some of the members but especially a couple clips with jungkook. I’m not too sure on the validity but saw the videos and one was really mean but there could have been more going on to explain it bc it’s short clips… and the other one was them walking in to a building and a manager was holding the door and as jungkook walked in the manager put his hand up and jk flinched so hard that ppl didn’t like how it looked and there was someone let go who used to be around them I believe I saw something big hit released about it… but like I said I don’t know the validity of all the claims and stuff but remember thinking that it was cool that there was even any kind of response to the concerns from big hit was nice to see from a company at all

The staffs love and appreciate Bangtan so much. The boys also love them. I remember that clip in one of their concert where Kookie was thanking the staffs and one of their guard teared up 💞💞💞

BTS' staff deserve so much appreciation for their hard work. They've always been extremely respectful and supportive towards them. You can see how much bangtan loves them and back, there's no toxicity.

Staff take sooo much care of BTS ,u can check Lee Hyun's videos ( an artist of bighit he is older then BTS but he is soo friendly with BTS) when he become their manager for a day, bighit usually don't show soo much about staff ,but you can see when he became their manager ,how much work was there ,staff have to focus on every minute things, even before sit on the chair and sofa they checked it first is it safe or not , soo many things u will notice in Lee Hyun's video. It was soo much fun to watch. And it was nice to see that how minutely they check everything ,even their water bottle ,their mics .aahhhh soo many things ,u should watch this videos. 💜💜

At the end of the video they learned some French sentences for their concert at Paris in 2019 ! Tae's voice in French sound extremely deep ! 😮💖💖 Do you speak a little French, Shiki ? 🤔 And about their staff, all these people are incredibly kind and talented when it comes to the style ! 👍👌😎

sorry to break the bubble bc the staffs were not THAT good in the beginning bts career. ppl forgot how a manager raised his hand against Jungkook, possibly as if to hit him, and Jungkook appears to flinch slightly in response which highly mean it wasnt first time. There are also reported in news that in the background the manager is saying, “Get lost while I’m still speaking nicely.” The clip is from BTS 2016 Seasons Greetings DVD making video. now BTS is their bread winner, frankly speaking, who built the whole giant HYBE company. ofc they HAVE TO be good. and yes, the member themselves are good ppl, other company staffs who worked with them said so, so the member only reap what they sow. if you asked me who the best staff of all, i will said in Manager Sejin i trust. god bless his heart.

No..Armys never forget thats...we all know..but those staff got fired on the spot...right after bang pd know about staff behavior towards jk..so, he not bts staff again..what we speak about here is..bts staff who's still with bts from the start till now..the real staff..sorry, not mean to hate or says anything bad..we all love bts and still we want to give some respect to people beside them in their journey..thats all..thanks💜and ofc 💯agree with you about manager Sejin💜👍
