I also fear IShowSpeed as my first introduction to his existence was him saying "Who gon stop me?" On a dating show stream thing from 2 years ago, he also lied about his age and was only 16 at the time. "Who gon stop me?" was his response to a woman saying even if they were the last two people in the world she wouldn’t procreate with him, he then got more aggressive and repeated "Who gon stop me?" That always stuck with me whenever I see him mentioned online.

Jaiden actually pinned a comment on this video about the Mr Beast situation and said its why she doesn't usually collab with people she doesn't know. Afaik about the Mr Beast situation there are multiple things that are being looked into about the guy (as always going to say all of this is has the term "ALLEGEDLY" on it, and may have sensitive topics so be aware of that): 1. Mr Beast hired a child predator and knew he was one for years, even hiding his face in videos and putting him with children (directly or indirectly I dunno). 2. He psychologically tortured a man in a test video for a new challenge video, to the point that the man has PTSD 3. He has a very sketchy "How to get what you want" rule where it literally goes "No doesn't mean No" and how to keep pushing until you get what you want 4. He went to a lake and filled it with waste during a video, even though in the video he clearly states he cleaned it after they were done. The owners of the lake say they are happy they allowed Mr Beast to come to their lake, even though there is proof of them sending emails asking for the lake to be cleaned. That's all I heard of for now, mostly from an investigative video that actually interviewed the guy from number 2 (From here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/hHmpp4VmdteLhtU) and you can see how traumatised he was by the whole thing. There may be more to it than that, I think there also something about one of the female employees going off but I didn't look into it. I don't even watch Mr.Beast, I hate that kind of content due how vapid and over the top it all is, yet this blew up enough for me to hear about it. Regardless Jaiden's video is still funny about how she ended up winning a thing she only wanted to breeze through to leave xD

So I have a bit of beef with Jaiden ever since her ADHD video. Like I approve of more awareness for the condition and people seeking help, but she did little to stress the HUGE importance of diagnosis before treatment. She had top of the line diagnosis herself and got a good answer. She then revealed that answer to about 10 million people. So many people then went to their doctors demanding the same pills she got, and it kind of caused a shortage. I have two doctors. A family and a psychiatrist. A few weeks after her video they told me the demand for the ADHD medication skyrocketed. Like 5 times the amount as normal. Because yes here in the US you can go to your doctor and say "Hey I'm sad, I want to try ADHD meds" and they will give them to you.
@yugoxgc4 ай бұрын
So She made a vid going through her ENTIRE PROCESS. Everything according to satandard procedure with consultation, Diagnosis & approval from a professional before she dared to try meds... & you want to blame HER for others not following what she did & rather going straight for the pill. Did I get that right? 😑
@chelzorthedestroyer4 ай бұрын
So I worked in pharmacies for years, and it's pretty difficult to get ADHD medication undiagnosed. If a doctor is signing off things like Vyvanse/Adderall/etc. without testing, they can and should be reported, as you can't just walk up and request controlled medication. If your ADHD medication became more difficult to get, it's pretty hard to correlate it directly to a Jaiden Animation video. If anything more people got checked/diagnosed, manufacturing issues, etc. There are constant shortages/recalls/etc. with ADHD medication. For the last 3 years of my working in the industry, ADHD medication has had a shortage. It happens all the time due to the industry, not due to a youtube video. Also, she was just talking about her own personal story. It's not at all her responsibility to regulate the pharmaceutical industry, via her personal experiences. This is a a very poor thing to pin on the girl.

@@chelzorthedestroyer I said I had a bit of a beef, not that I despise her and wish her any ill-will. People by and large can relate to feeling down or unmotivated. If someones solution is floated in front of them then how many do you think would just want to try that solution? While drugs like Adderall are controlled substances doctors are able to hand out the variations that aren't. Like the time one was giving me buPROPion. All I'm saying in the end is that I wish she stressed the need for diagnosis before anything.

@YukoValis No offense, but I think you have a bit of personal baised against jaiden. Sounds like you were personally affect by this situation and is looking for the culprit and you think it's jaiden because of a video. Jaiden didn't tell people to go buy out and hoard medications, people decided to that themselves, and take medical advise from a youtuber. Secondly your holding jaiden to an impossible level of responsibility. For example take someone like asmondgold he really likes soda, should you as his viewer than go out of your way and buy and then drink a soda everyday like asmondgold, no. If you did and ended up getting diabetes is that asmondgolds fault, no because he never told you to do it. You as an individual decided to made a choice and as such its your responsibility for the consequences. The medication crisis isn't jaiden fault and a content creater shouldnt be held responsible for what they're fans do unless said content creater actively promoted a behavior/ response and it's factually provable
