Giving ourselves "slack" and gentleness during this time is paramount. our nervous system and neurtransmitters are working severely overtime as we process the vibrational energies with our family, communities and globally - plus your day to day - you will get through this and leading well through your authenticity. I liked that you mentioned finding a purpose. I have definitely found that when I feel crappy and I give back to others it usually gets me out of the crappy mood because I'm no longer concentrating on myself. Sometimes just sending nice text messages and getting them back will help both of you have a pleasant start to your day. Great video. Your not the only one going through it. Stay positive and keep yourself busy. Stay safe.
