MUFFIN RECIPE
1 1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
1/2 tsp baking powder
3-4 bananas
chocolate chips (we like milk chocolate ones best in ours)
splash of vanilla (optional)
bake on 350. watch them carefully as cooking time is dependant on your oven :)

Someone told me beating myself up over mistakes was useless, that why we have the word mistake! Love your Blue lemon comment. It reminded me of when I was a little girl and we had two of the same make and model cars but one was a light blue Dodge and the other was a dark blue Dodge. My dad would call the dark blue car blue and call the light blue car yellow and one time my friend was at our house and daddy said y'all go get in the yellow Dodge. We all got in the light blue Dodge. My friend asked us...why did your daddy call this the yellow Dodge? We all cracked up laughing.

PS thank you for today’s video…I’m a single lady 68, living in a 300 year old log home which I adore. The last couple of years have been challenging with car needed to be tiwed2x ( since got new) , trees down in winter over driveway, floods, replacing water heater and motor , then having another flood and replacing the motor again…anyways suffice to say allot of challenges but you are right …crying and stomping feet won’t help…one step one day at a time…I do appreciate you sharing not only the ups but real life and real life challenges that the average ordinary person faces. I myself am going through life changing stuff this past 9 months. After owning a candy store for 15 years and going through our worst bushfire and having to start over again 4 years ago my landlord decided that he wanted his building back and that I would only have 12 months before I would have to close. No building was available for me to move into and knowing that for the 12 months I could stay that a massive building was being built right alongside of my shop I made the decision to close. Fast forward 9 months I have been working like a maniac trying to build something on our property where I would hopefully once again be able to around people, but our council is going to make that a Herculean feat, so I may have to pivot and change the plans again but I have to continue to believe that this is all happening for a reason…..that reason is still unclear but I get up each day and keep moving forward into the unknown. I feel like I have let my family down and the many families who used to visit my candy store every time they came to our area, but I have to take myself by the shoulders and shake those feelings and know in my heart that I made the only decision that I could. Elysia you haven’t let your family down, stop and look at all of the good you have done for your family. Laney may be a lemon but she taught you and Philip other new things while repairing her that you may never have had to try and may need to use at another time. They have absolutely nothing to lose. That truck is unusable. Even if he gave them another unusable one they’d be no worse for the wear. He could have just told them to get lost, so the fact he didn’t is somewhat promising.

Don’t beat yourself up over Lainey. Sometimes we have the best intentions and it does pan out. 3 weeks ago I pulled forward out of a parking spot really slowly, with my sisters voice in my head, I pulled forward because she says it’s safer. What I didn’t realize was that very low o. The passenger side were 4 posts protecting a fire hydrant. I heard the sound then backed up and got out of the car to see that not only did I cracked the bumper when i backed up it pulled the bumper off that side and. Cracked the panel underneath 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ Blew my garden budget right out the window🤦‍♀️😂😂🤷🏼‍♀️ On the plus side I have a shiny new bumper🙌🏻💗😂

I bought a used jeep a few years ago with no one but me checking it out. I should have known there would be issues when the owner of the used car lot wouldn’t let me take it to a local shop for inspection. Less than a week after I bought it (and driving it having fun) the shop I took it to showed me a major frame break!! I did NOT get my money back, would have had to pay to have NEW frame installed to drive safely. I ended up selling it to a guy that buys and rebuilds jeeps, at a great loss to me.

Sometimes the age gap is hard to navigate, but it seems to be no problem with the two of them.😊 I heard a song the other day that was just what I needed. I, too, had a life disappointment. I’ve usually picked out all our vehicles and didn’t always get it right! Oh the stories we could tell! You were so excited about the blue truck. I hope everything works out. I’m so glad the guy is stepping up to help you out. I bought an item a few months ago and when we started to assemble it realized it wasn’t in very good condition. So after a week or so I emailed the seller back and told them I didn’t feel it was worth what I paid for it because the fabric was very sun damaged and was ripping as we tried to put it up. You couldn’t see that part when it was assembled. Anyhow she offered to ship me a few rolls of gorilla tape! Ya, that was gonna fix it! Thanks for nothin!
