I can relate when I'm in the gym 5am all day till 11 am I feel like supergirl an she hulk at the same time I lift heavy ass shit that nobody else does in the gym I push limits and ppl just watch me an look an there like why does she train like that?".. 💪 🤪 💀 when I'm lifting the darkness cant touch me depression can't touch me nothing I face daily can touch me the gym is a so much better copeing tool then meds doctors should prescribe gym instead of pills.
