The Tucker Carlson interview, Vladimir Putin began with an insight into the ancient History of Russia, where he mentioned Prince Rurik, the Varangian who by the invitation of Slavic and Finno-Ugric tribes came to Novgorod and founded Old Russia in 862, The Monument to Millennium of Russia, opened in Novgorod Kremlin in 1862, Princess Olga and her grandson Prince Vladimir The Baptism who baptised Russia from paganism to Orthodox Christianity.
In this video I went to the ancient Russian towns of Novgorod and Pskov that to show you an actual historic places and stories Putin mentioned about in his interview to Tucker Carlson.

As Americans my wife and I found President Putin's interview with Tucker Carlson extremely enlightening on a great many levels, not the least of which was President Putin's walk through of Russia's history and the understanding it provided of the heart and soul of Mother Russia, the heart and soul that's seen in its people and their unabashed, undying devotion to their Russian Motherland. As we rode along with you in this video and saw the birthplace of Russia through the lens of your camera and by way of your knowledgeable commentary, a great deal of Russia's history that President Putin outlined for all of us took shape in ways that otherwise we would not have understood nearly as well as we do now. Having learned some years back that certain of my ancestors came from northern Russia long ago, ever since that time I've felt an attraction to Russia and it's storied history that makes me want to understand why Russia and America have arrived at such an adversarial relationship as exists today. That politics and it's malpractice in our country have exacerbated this situation is something that thoughtful people everywhere are coming to understand. How can right thinking men and women from both nations reach out, as Tucker Carlson's interview with President Putin exampled for us, and not only share our thoughts, hopes and dreams for the world we live in, but pray for, support and encourage one another in the spirit of Christ our Savior as we seek ways to bridge the gaps that separates our two nations. For the sake of the entire world, please keep up your efforts in bringing the story of Russia and its history to life, and be assured that by far most American's desire to see our two nations and the world at large come to a point or rapprochement and real understanding based on truth, on common sense, and commonly held ideals on which our world may yet be healed and its people walk forward in confidence into a far brighter future.

@@henryseidel5469 Henry, your question can have different answers, depending on the angle of view. For example: 1. Nothing. 2. The fact that the American audience doesn't care. 3. The interests of the DS. Also, with reference to the Tucker's Putin interview, which triggers this debate, Putin's story was far from objective. It sure contained factual elements, but it was all mixed in with tons of BS and misinterpretations, ever more so as we progressed from the paleogen to the present time. Actually by the moment Putin reached the Soviet era, the BS clearly dominated.
@henryseidel5469

@@tomasdvorak7307 The Soviet Union disappeared as a political system, but the people are still there. Of course they tend to live according to their tradition, habits, and religion, this will not change over night in such a huge land. Putin's story is influenced by their history but not by the views of Western 'democracies'. Russia will never become a state according to a Western pattern. They once hat twenty seven million casualties due to the Nazi army messing about there. Maybe that is why they are very suspicious about thirty Nato armies that gather in front of their gates. Remember : A handful of Soviet weapons in Cuba were called a 'world crisis' with the cowboys becoming very fussy. We should not forget that. I do not think Russia is a danger to the world nor do I feel threatened by them. But they should be able to live in peace, that's all they want after their disastrous history.

Fun Fact: It was Russia who saved The Union during the American Civil War as they sent their Navy to San Francisco and New York when England and France were just about to enter the war on the side of the Confederates since London created the Confederates. France was already in Mexico making a spear head movement to resupply the Confederates and to open up a Pacific Theatre and to create a port in California. England already amassed 11,000 troops and growing stationed at their Northern Confederacies border now called Canada ready to open a Northern Theatre to divert Union troops away from their Southern Confederacy then to attack The Unions naval blockade. The Union would have been completely destroyed and annexed by those two great powers leaving the Confederates to exist as either a puppet state of London or to be fully brought back into the fold of the British Empire. London was already courting (threatening/bribing) other countries to get involved like Spain while Russia was in talks with Prussia to ally with incase London was to intervene. Seeing all of this Tsar Alexander II wrote a letter to Queen Victoria saying “If you enter in this war it will be a casus belli for all out war with the Russian Empire”. The stage was set for the 1st World War and Russia stopped it. There is also a memorial in San Francisco for the hundreds of Russian sailors who came off their Asiatic fleet ships that died while helping the city put out a fire that threatened to lay waste to it during the War.
@JPJ432
@JPJ432 7 ай бұрын
The Russian fleet also threatened to Shell Australian ports along with other British Pacific Colonies if Britain aided the Confederates. A confederate war ship spent a lot of time in Australian waters and was supported by the Australian public, some even signing on as crew members. This Confederate war ship laid waist to the US Pacific whaling fleet and is reported to have fired the last shot in the war. The name of the ship was called the CSS Shenandoah. Its surrender was at Liverpool England where Confederate Commander Bulloch was stationed Russia also helped Thailand (Kingdom of Siam) maintain its sovereignty from being completely Partitioned/Annexed from the British and French around the same time. The very word Thai (ไทย) means 'free man' in the Thai language which is partially to thank to the Russians as they might have ended up being a colony or part of another country/colony if not for their intervention.

I would love to visit Yaroslav museum of New chronology and all the historic locations since I discovered the research of Anatoly Fomenko and read his books. I visited this museum and was impressed by the scale, depth and meticulousness of the work they have done. I doubt mainstream science will incorporate these theories any time soon, because they contradict existing paradigm too much. But at some point paradigm shift can happen, like it happened in science many times before. I also recommend you to watch the videos of Andrey Sklyarov. Especially the oldest ones, about ancient civilizations.

Спасибо for making this beautiful trip, Sergey! Before Novgorod, Prince Rurik ruled in Staraya Ladoga (Old Ladoga) for a short period of time. And there is his Kremlin there too. I suppose it would be a very long distance for you to make to show in one video all the places where he ruled. Maybe someday in future you will have a chance to visit Old Ladoga, that would be also interesting to see. Thanks for your hard work! I very much appreciated your time and effort to bring me this knowledge of Russian history. I am from the USA where history is not taught about other nations. And what is taught of our history is glorified and false. They do not teach about how indigenous people were slaughtered. Not even a proper teaching of how the colonists were from UK and France, invading America as they had invaded many other nations in Europe. Everything is 'whitewashed'. In our schools, they begin with Thanksgiving and Pocahontas to have children believe the natives loved having us here. Probably one day spent on gaining independence from Britain over the Boston Tea issue. Many fabrications, omissions, and outright lies are what is taught to American youths. Very few will go on to special college courses - or even a library - to learn any truths.

An interviewer's job is not to understand everything, an interviewer's job is to get the interviewee to talk, and that's exactly what Tucker did.
