@ I haven’t a noticed any downsides or discomfort in both my cars. You will feel the road a lot better though. Any vibrations won’t be felt in the cabin.

@@jp_b58 I would say it’s an improvement for steering. If you want drifting, that’s a whole other story. You’d want a hydraulic hand brake, and angle kit, and either an LSD or a welded diff.

Another benefit of the 2017s is that they have the old school analog orange gauges. IIRC in 2018 they went to a white color

@AdmiralMorgan410 So confidently wrong, the f30 never had white color "gauges". If you mean the center console, 2016+ LCI models got a white center console LEDs for daytime use and retained the orange for nighttime use. You can only adjust the ambient lighting color, classic and sport, this does not effect the instrumentation or center console colors (only the border, not buttons or alphanumeric characters).

Welcome to the F3x family! I just bought a F31 330xi earlier this year in Alpine White, more of a base model, but at least it was specced out with the base driver assist package, NAV + Carplay, and the H&K system

Video popped-up on recommendations, glad I clicked! Congrats on the new car! Don't listen to the haters on the interior, it's a gorgeous and unique color choice. Light blue cars always look nice with a light gray or white interior. I've seen many e36 M3 with similar Estoril Blue and light interior. And especially since M-Sport comes with dark headliner stock, it gives it a nice contrast. Dark wood trim as well perfect choice. You get the benefits of a cooler interior in the heat, and also the interior feeling more spacious with a light color. Going back to stock Kidney grills is a nice choice as well, the chrome does look good and they still have black inserts in the middle. Classy best of both worlds. -Recommend P&S Xpress Interior Cleaner for whenever you want to clean any dirt and grim off the interior plastics and trim, and can even be used on leather in a pinch. -Favorite interior plastic and trim dressing with UV protection is 303 Aerospace. Leaves a matte finish, just be careful not to get it on glass. -Favorite leather product that cleans and protects is Griot's 3in1 Leather Creme (not the spray). Leaves a matte finish as well. Strong leather smell though, so warning lol. -And lastly if your seats ever get super crazy dry and dirty after many years, Leatherique has an amazing 2 step product that brings leather back to life like new. They've helped our BMW interiors stay clean and new looking!

BRO! Can’t believe this video popped up on my timeline. I just bought my 2018 340i XDRIVE in Mediterranean blue! Got it in May of 2024 after looking for over two years. It’s got brown interior and it matches so well with that deep blue exterior. Got it with 54k miles on it clean carfax with an unbeatable price of 28k shipped to my front door. Unfortunately it was not the M sport version so I am replacing the bumpers and side skirts. I have never seen your Chanel so idk where you are but I am located in Indianapolis and after watching this video I can tell you’ve been fascinated with them like I have for the past couple years. Super cool to see this. Also my idrive sucks ass compared to yours I am assuming because mine is not factory M sport? Definitely subscribing for your build tho🤝🏽

My moms 2018 440i m sport convertible does not have apple car play. We got it used, but original msrp was $73k it has almost all options. White with dark blue leather icon headlights and the larger brakes. I was shocked to discover it doesn’t have apple car play.

I am so so so so glad you got this model with all the bells and whistles (My dream spec!). As a 17 year old who has been window shopping for 340i's for the past couple months, the most annoying thing that irks me is a non lci fXX 3 series that lacks the (FULLY!!!) LED tail/headlight combo, the apple carplay idrive, the upgraded sound system, and most importantly, emphasis on the msot, the 360 camera system and LKA/adaptive CC. My gosh do I get pissed off when I see a 3/4 series without the pinhole camera on the bumper next to the wheels - youre just broke and got the poor spec!!! Thank you for speccing it out properly, you've satisfied my day

Plastidip sells a product called dip dissolver. Could also try purple power. I used purple power to remove chrome from the inside of the marker lights in my 4runner.

Hey man, great content. Just as a heads up, when using your camera microphone it down mixes to stereo, and the audio is in the left channel only. You need to mix the audio tracks to mono. It was something we did with our first video. Congrats on the 2k subscribers
