I FINALLY Changed My Last Name 4 Years After Getting Married. Here's Why! (VLOG)

Oh wow. That is very different from where I live. Here it was almost "instantaneous" if you sign your certificate with your married name while still with the minister. Then you go back to the registrars office with it and get the raised seal on the document where you signed the new last name and use THAT to change everything else.

Congratulations! I just got married in May and postponed my name change due to traveling. It’s such an excited feeling getting those new I.D in the mail Mrs … like Christmas morning 💝 🎁

Yes, I live in Maryland and it was fairly easy to change my name. I had to get a new liscence, and a new passport.
